Our training courses related to IATF 16949
What it is? : A Quality Management System standard for the automotive industry, ISO/TS 16949 v.2009 has been revised and replaced by IATF 16949 v.2016. It must be used in conjunction with ISO 9001 v.2015.
Target: These courses are intended for Quality, Industrialisation, Methods and Production Directors and Managers and Internal Quality Auditors.
Quality tools and basic automotive tools Trainings
This training will enable participants to acquire the fundamentals of the techniques linked to the IATF 16949 standard in order to implement them internally in your automotive project management or with your suppliers.
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): A systematic method for planning, developing and validating automotive products and processes, ensuring quality throughout the product life cycle.
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): A preventive method used to identify and evaluate potential failure modes of an automotive product or process, as well as their effects and causes.
- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA): Evaluating the capability of measurement systems used in the automotive industry, measuring variability and ensuring that measurements are accurate and reliable.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC): A method of monitoring automotive production processes, using statistical techniques to measure process performance and detect abnormal variations.
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP): A method used to ensure that parts produced for the automotive industry comply with quality and safety requirements, by evaluating manufacturing processes and providing validation documentation.
